Instructions for Faculty:

  1. Schedule the recording times and location by filling out the form below. When the recordings are scheduled, you will receive a “podcast URL” and instructions that you must give to your students.
  2. At the scheduled times, go to the classroom, turn on the microphone and audio system, and press "Record Podcast" on the touch screen in the podium. Press the triangle to start recording, and the square to pause. You may pause and resume the recording as often as you want.

The recording is automatically processed, and within seconds of the end of your lecture will be available for download via iTunes or any other podcasting software, and optionally on an iPod or other portable player.
